The Acertis web site addressed at http://www.acertis.lu (the "Web Site") is made available by Acertis S. à r. l. with registered office at 23, Val Fleuri, L-1625 Luxembourg.

Acertis refers to Acertis S. à r. l. or, as the context requires, the Acertis brand name, the international Acertis alliance or other participating firms of the alliance, each of which is a separate and independent legal entity.

The alliance brings together independent audit and advisory firms which are united in their commitment to the highest standards of ethics and service quality.

Acertis S. à r. l. is a member of the alliance.

By accessing and using the information contained on the Web Site you (the reader) accept the general conditions of use (“Terms of Use”) of the Web Site as mentioned below: 

Information provided to the user

The information disseminated on the Web Site, whether general or specific, is provided on a purely indicative basis.

The information contained in the Web Site is intended solely to provide general guidance on matters of interest for the personal use of the reader, who accepts full responsibility for its use.

Under the Luxembourg law on intellectual property and more generally international treaties and agreements containing provisions on the protection of copyright, you are prohibited from reproducing other than for your private use, selling, distributing, issuing, broadcasting, adapting, modifying, publishing, communicating in full or in part in any form the data, site presentation or organisation, or the works protected by copyright shown on the Web Site without the specific prior written consent of the holder of the copyright attaching to the work, the site presentation or organisation, or the data reproduced.

Luxembourg law and Luxembourg jurisdiction

The governing law is the law of Luxembourg. Any dispute arising in connection with the Web Site shall be under the sole jurisdiction of the Luxembourg courts.

Language

The only authentic version of the Web Site is the French language version. If there is a discrepancy with the English version, the French version is the legally binding authority.
